Seven Simple Words to Riches in Real Estate Investing

There are seven key words you must know when investing in real estate.  For many people, it may sound so simple yet so few have the ‘courage’ to ask these seven simple words when talking to a seller of a property.

The Seven Simple Words:

“Is that the lowest you can go?”

I know it may sound so crazy simple…IT WORKS!  When you are talking to a seller either in person or over the phone, establish the lowest possible price he/she will sell for by asking that simple question at the end of the conversation.  So for instance, you could say,

“Listen, if I were able to close quickly on your home, Is that the lowest you can go?”  AND then..this is important…be quiet and wait, wait, wait for the response!
