Enlightened wealth institute lessons on finding pre-foreclosures
One of the lessons I learned at the enlightened wealth institute on finding pre-foreclosures is that it is really a numbers game.

You must contact at least 100 people in pre-foreclosure to look at getting just one deal! Now, you might get up t o3 deals on that and I just wanted to show you the importance of counting your calls/outgoing letters/postcards to see that to contact / talk to 100 people, that means you must make at least 100 phone calls to motivated sellers or if using direct mail - then you must send out at least 2,000 letters/postcards (assuming a 5% response rate on the cards) to get to 100 people who are interested in selling their home OR in financial need to do a loan modification or short sale on their home.
This means you need to plan this out, write your goals down and your project plan to achieve that goal!
