Are foreclosures the only way to invest in today’s U.S. real estate market?
I had an interesting question posed to me recently by a new real estate investor at a recent real estate investing club meeting. Tom, the “newbie” investor asked “All I hear about from the ‘gurus’ is foreclosure and short sale investing…is that the only way to make money in today’s real estate market?”
Hmmm…I answered, it is interesting you say that as the answer is ABSOLUTELY NO…there are MANY other ways to make a very good profit and living in the real estate investing arena! For instance, one of the things I learned and applied to the tune of making over $30,000 in less than 6 weeks, is ‘wholesale investing’ using the internet to buy and sell the real estate deals to!
I simply created a great internet presence to attract fellow real estate investors, both in America and abroad (the weak U.S. dollar makes it great for foreigners to buy real estate in the U.S. right now) and within my first 6 weeks had ‘assigned’ over 4 real estate deals for a quick $30,000 CASH into my bank account.
The courses at the enlightened wealth institute taught me how to assign deals and get into the wholesaling market and some of the deals are indeed, not foreclosures or short sales. There are still a lot of sellers out there that simply want to sell, maybe due to divorce, a death in the family or now with job migrations on the rise…a employment move to another city!
