Did you know that there are a couple of people who make money online by answering surveys? If you are interested in working at home, then you’ve probably heard about paid surveys. There are actually two kinds. One is the “free paid surveys” and the other charges a fee before you can go through paid survey directories.

If you’re wondering what the difference between these two is, well the answer is, not too many. Paid survey directories usually charge anywhere from $20 - $60 in order to have access to the different surveys. No, you don’t earn more with them, and no, you don’t immediately get opportunities. Most surveys target a certain demographic and if you do not fit their requirements, then you will not be able to join. The fee you are required to pay is simply a way for you to acquire leads so you can view the available opportunities and join them too.

That’s why in some respects, “free paid surveys” are much better than the other kind. Most of these surveys are created by marketing and research companies which are working for bigger companies who are looking for feedback on how their product can be improved.  Answering surveys is a great way to make money online , but it is not something you can do full time.
